Volunteers are at the heart of our work here at XLP.

Maybe you’d like to get involved in mentoring, supporting young people on our community bus project or even take a whole year to join our Gap year team?

Whatever you decide, as an XLP volunteer you’ll get to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of some of London’s most vulnerable children and young people.

No matter what your level of skill or experience is, we will support and train you to help us as we strive to create positive futures for our children and young people.

Would you like to inspire and encourage others?
Empower children and young people to build a better future for themselves and their communities?
Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible individual?

If the answer is YES – we’d love to hear from you!

What can you volunteer for?

Become a mentor! (just 2 hours a week for 12 months)
XL-R8 Community Bus project (on various estates across inner city London)
XL-Mobile (recording studio)
Gap Year Team (In partnership with local churches)
